What materials do you use to ensure coffee freshness?
Freshness is paramount. Our bags are constructed from high-barrier, multi-layer films specifically engineered to protect your coffee from its three biggest enemies: oxygen, moisture, and UV light. This laminated structure locks in aroma and flavor. We offer a range of material options, including high-performance traditional plastics, foil-lined structures, and more.
What sustainable or eco-friendly material options do you offer?
We offer several forward-thinking material options for environmentally conscious brands. These include fully recyclable PE (polyethylene) films that can be processed in standard recycling streams, as well as industrial or home compostable films made from plant-based materials like PLA. Our team can advise you on the best eco-friendly structure that still provides the barrier protection your coffee requires.
Can I add degassing valves and resealable zippers?
Absolutely. These are essential features for coffee packaging. We highly recommend adding one-way degassing valves for whole-bean coffee, which allows freshly roasted beans to release CO2 without letting flavor-damaging oxygen in. We also offer various resealable options, including press-to-close zippers and tin ties, to maintain freshness for your customers after opening.
Can you precisely match my brand's specific Pantone (PMS) colors?

For larger, offset/rotogravure print runs, we use dedicated spot color inks to achieve a perfect, solid match.
