What types of bag styles do you offer for chips?
We offer the two most popular styles for the snack industry. Stand-Up Pouches are excellent for shelf presence and branding, as they stand on their own. Lay-Flat (or Pillow) Bags are the traditional, cost-effective choice, perfect for single-servings and hanging displays.
Can I add a resealable zipper to my chip bags?
Yes, absolutely. Resealable zippers are a highly-requested feature, especially for family-size or multi-serving bags. They provide great consumer convenience and help keep the chips fresh after the bag has been opened.
Do you offer features for retail display, like hang holes?
Yes. We can add a round or “sombrero” style hang hole to your bags. This is a perfect option for lay-flat pouches or smaller stand-up bags, allowing them to be displayed on retail pegs.
Are your bags easy for customers to open?
They are. We include laser-scored tear notches (easy-open tear notches) on our bags. This provides a clean, straight tear for the consumer, so they don’t have to struggle with scissors or tear the bag unevenly.
What sizes can I order for my chip bags?
We produce bags in a full range of sizes, all customized to your product’s volume. We can manufacture small, single-serving bags (like 1 oz) all the way up to large, bulk family-size bags (like 16 oz or more).
Can I print my custom design on the entire bag?
Absolutely. We offer full-color, edge-to-edge (or “full-bleed”) printing. This means your design, including graphics, branding, and nutritional information, can cover the entire front, back, and even the bottom gusset of the bag for maximum brand impact.
